Built Up Homes has perfected a four phase building process that is designed to create a balance of value, performance and delivery for each building project. We do not use a cookie cutter method for every project. We implement a healthy balance of right team members, methods, product and design to guarantee that your unique project is successful. Whether you’re building a custom home, addition, ADU, or shop, we have the expertise to take you from concept to completion.
Build Consultation
Built Up Homes has the ability to help you evaluate land before making a purchase or to assess the feasibility of your existing property. We will perform a thorough review of the grading, utility issues, fire road access and more. During this build consultation, we’ll discuss the details of your new home and begin to gather the necessary information to prepare a preliminary design and budget. If there is already a home on your property, we will make recommendations about the best approach for your specific needs and budget.

- Full estimates typically available within 2 weeks
Pre-Construction
When you work with Built Up Homes, you will also be working with a team of professional contractors, designers and architects with a track record of innovation and award-winning projects. During this phase, the vision for your home will become more clear. Through our experience of building custom homes, we’ve fine-tuned our pre-construction process.
